Richmond, Virginia Targets Gun Criminals for Severe Punishment

RICHMOND, Virginia — The National Rifle Association and the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence rarely agree on anything related to gun laws. But both support a law-enforcement program in Richmond that targets gun crimes.
