Authority Pleads with Bougainville Businesses to Surrender Illegal Guns

Businessmen in Kokopau at the northern tip of Bougainville Island have been called on to surrender their illegal firearms.
The warning was issued by district manager for the Selau Suir based at Kokopau, Anthony Tsora.
"There are certain business people here in Kokopau who are holding on to unregistered firearms and discharging them at will," he said.
"Let it be known that guns are not firecrackers that you could just own to make a loud noise. I have names of business... (GunPolicy.org)
