CLEVELAND — A stroke victim who had gone outside in his wheelchair to get some fresh air at the urging of relatives was struck and killed by a drug dealer's stray bullet, police said.
Two men were arrested Saturday after one of them turned himself in and provided information about the shooting the night before. The men, 26 and 27, have not been formally charged in the death of Daniel Lewis.
"It's a tragedy, a man minding his own business," said Mayor Frank Jackson.... (GunPolicy.org)
