Big Business Up In Arms Over Florida's 'Take Your Guns to Work' Law

TALLAHASSEE — Wading into a battle about guns and property rights, a federal judge heard arguments Wednesday about the constitutionality of a new law that would force businesses to allow firearms in their parking lots.
The Florida Chamber of Commerce and Florida Retail Federation are seeking an injunction against the law, which state lawmakers passed in April after lobbying by the National Rifle Association.
