Thousands of former handgun enthusiasts could sue the Government after an Appeal Court ruling cleared the way for them to seek compensation. Up to 20,000 people forced to give up their pistols under [the UK's new gun laws] could now go to court to claim payments likely to be in the region of £100 million.
