NEW YORK — Tough new law enforcement measures, a major tax cut and new services for senior citizens are on Mayor Michael Bloomberg's agenda for the city as he tests his appeal nationwide as an independent leader.
Bloomberg outlined a bipartisan agenda in his State of the City address Thursday. The billionaire mayor, who has two years left in his second term, insists he is "not a candidate" for president, but associates say he has begun an intensive nationwide effort... (GunPolicy.org)
