The number of people caught for possessing or using small arms illegally is rising steadily, a police report said yesterday. Blaming the increase on the country's lax gun control, analysts stressed that police should lose no time in presenting a proper set of measures. A total of 346 people were arrested for holding illegal firearms and killing or injuring people with them in the first seven months of this year, and the figure is expected to rise to 700 by year's end,...
