WAUKESHA — A Town of Waukesha man was charged Wednesday with intentionally killing his wife with a blast from a shotgun while upset over what he believed was her lack of interest in his life. Waukesha County District Attorney Brad Schimel said during a court appearance Wednesday that a "building bitterness" on the part of Carl J.
