Four people were arrested after firing shots at an off-duty Harris County deputy early this morning, authorities said. A vehicle drove by the deputy, who was working an extra job near the Gulf Bank and Hardy Toll Road, and fired several rounds from an AK-47 towards him around midnight, authorities said.
