The public would have a tougher time seeing records kept by sheriffs and chiefs of police on people holding concealed weapons permits under a bill given final House approval Wednesday. House Bill 1147 by Rep. Mark Cloer, R-Colorado Springs, was sent to the Senate on a 38-24 vote after the House decided to reverse a decision it made Tuesday.
