A deputy's service revolver was recovered Thursday after it was stolen from an unmarked vehicle and fired at an unknown target on Harmar Hill, police said. Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks said Detective Sgt. Craig Brockmeier could face a reprimand for leaving the weapon in his vehicle.
