A gun dealer who rorted the national guns buyback scheme and flooded NSW with more than 700 illegal hand guns was sentenced to a record 14 years jail today. Francis "Frank" Curr, 64, of Wacol, Queensland, stood silent and unmoved when Judge Brian Boulton delivered the sentence in Sydney's Downing Centre District Court.
