Chiefs in Tinputz, North Bougainville, have called on relevant authorities in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville to quickly intervene in stopping the incessant firing of guns in the area. Gunshots have been heard in Tinputz for the last two weeks and a number of people have also been seen carrying guns in broad daylight.
