Nick Germanio says a legal loophole in an ammunition law that enables convicted felons to buy such supplies does not affect how he runs his gun store. "If you are coming in to buy any ammo, I will check your ID and you will sign my book," Germanio, owner of Belleplain Supply Gun Center in Cape May County, said Friday. "We card everyone."
