GREENSBORO, North Carolina — He's 16. He's got a gun. He's in your community.
In the last few months of 2006, stories of Triad teens with weapons made the news, painting a scary reality for parents.
How did a teenager get a gun?
"Students will tell you, if any of them want a gun, they can go out and buy them," said Cheryl Brown, a professor of sociology and criminology at Greensboro College.
