TOKYO — Tokyo police on Tuesday integrated their firearms and drug control sections as part of restructuring aimed at stepping up ways to combat organized crime, which is becoming more complex and diverse, the police said. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) also created sections for dealing with organized crime in 96 of the 101 police stations in Tokyo to prepare for the establishment next spring of a bureau at the headquarters to deal with gangland...
