In May, New York authorities accused a Smyrna gun store of illegally supplying guns that sometimes ended up in the hands of criminals. The gun store fired back on Thursday. In a $400 million lawsuit filed Thursday in Cobb County, Adventure Outdoors said that New York officials libeled and slandered several gun shop owners by referring to them as "rogue gun dealers."
