A quadriplegic man assembled an arsenal of weaponry including anti-tank guns and rocket launchers by ordering them over the internet. The haul included 21 rifles, shotguns, pistols and a bazooka, 420 pieces of larger bomb equipment — including shells, mines and rockets — and live ammunition.
