KARAMOJA — The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces have suspended the forceful disarmament exercise in Karamoja region. The order to suspend the exercise was made by the Chief of Defence Forces, Gen. Aronda Nyakairima, following a meeting with members of Parliament from the region.
