Japan Says Curbs on Gun Transfers Should Be UN Small Arms Priority

Japan believes the importance of transfer controls on small arms should be stressed in the final documents of the small arms conference review being held at U.N. headquarters, Japan's Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs Shintaro Ito said Monday in New York.
