Kenya, Uganda Sign Pact to Curb Illegal Gun Trade

The Fifth Joint Communique signed by Kenya and Ugandan Border commissioners on Friday proposes that the two governments co-operate and contain the flow of illegal small arms.
The Communique signed by the Head of the Kenyan delegation, Western PC Abdul Mwaserah and the Head of the Ugandan delegation, Tororo Resident DC Dauda Kasibante called for a joint approach on terrorism, disarmament and cattle rustling.
