MUSCAT — An Omani was arrested and charged last week with murdering a woman in Dhofar, according to a press release from the Royal Oman Police yesterday. Mohammad Bin Khadim Bin Salim Qahoor, a resident of Dhofar region, was arrested on May 17 for allegedly shooting to death an unnamed Omani woman on May 7.
