Two down — and 38 to go. Police say two of 40 handguns stolen from an Oshawa man last week have been recovered after police arrested two men in a "high-risk takedown" in downtown Toronto yesterday. The arrests came after a large multi-force unit scoured the province for the weapons, which were taken from the home of 67-year-old Ken Foster, as well as those stolen from other licensed gun collectors in the last few months.
