RICHMOND — It's rare that a bullet flies through the air in the legislative offices of the General Assembly, as one did recently when Del. John S. "Jack" Reid, R-Henrico, says he accidentally fired his gun in his seventh-floor office. But Reid's not the only legislator with a gun permit.
