The Sierra Leone Action Network on Small Arms (SLANSA) will today formally launch the Sierra Leone Report on the impact of arms transfer, at the conference hall of the Council of Churches in Sierra Leone (CCSL). The report is jointly compiled by the Control Arms Campaign, Oxfam International, Amnesty International and International Action Network on Small Arms.
