Suit Against Gunmakers Can Proceed

The U.S. Supreme Court allowed victims of a white supremacist's shooting rampage in Southern California to sue gun manufacturers Monday and left intact a groundbreaking ruling exposing gunmakers to damages for allegedly flooding the market with weapons that end up in criminal hands.
