Uganda is to tighten laws to reduce the flow of illicit arms in the country.
This was said at an International conference on proliferation of small arms and light weapons on the African continent.
The Minister for Internal Affairs, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, said at the opening of the week-long conference at Spreke Resort Munyonyo that government is reviewing the existing arms' laws.
