MADISON — The state Senate will try to override the veto of a bill that would end Wisconsin's 130-year-old ban on concealed weapons Wednesday, the same day the governor is scheduled to deliver his annual State of the State address. The Senate has been planning an override attempt since Gov. Jim Doyle vetoed the bill in November.
