JOHANNESBURG — Gun-Free South Africa has welcomed a draft gun control law which if passed by the National Assembly could outlaw nine out of 10 legally owned firearms, Network Radio News Service reported on Sunday. The organization says it has been asking for this kind of legislation for a long time. The Sunday Times newspaper reported that the legislation is being seen as among the world's toughest.
