A former Fort Collins mayor has filed a complaint against gun lobbyist Dudley Brown for soliciting contributions for congressional candidate Marilyn Musgrave while the Colorado legislature is in session. In the complaint, John B. Knezovich cites state law that bars legislators or their political committees from soliciting campaign funds during the 120-day legislative session.
