A bill recommended Tuesday by the House Judiciary Committee would allow Arkansans with concealed-handgun licenses to carry their weapons into public parks and restaurants that serve alcohol. House Bill 1024 by Rep. Randy Minton, R-Ward, would amend Act 411 of 1995, which authorized concealed-handgun permits, by removing two of its 18 restrictions.
