ELKINS, West Virginia — The hunt is over for a West Virginia man charged with killing a former co-worker, possibly over a Beanie Baby debt. State Police say Jeffrey White threw down his gun and surrendered Friday after police surrounded a house near the town of Elkins. White had tried to negotiate his surrender during several phone calls.
