Rate of All Gun Deaths per 100,000 People
Definition and Selection Criteria

The reported, estimated or calculated crude annual rate of firearm-related death per 100,000 population, by years descending.

This rate may be calculated from a total published in a single source, or the sum of figures from different sources for the same year for gun homicide, gun suicide, unintentional fatal shootings and gun deaths for which the cause or intent remains undetermined.
