Artículo 133: Las operaciones aduaneras que se refieran a explosivos, armas de fuego, cartuchos cargados, cartuchos vacíos con fulminante, fulminantes para cartuchos y municiones para armas de fuego en general, deberán ser previamente autorizadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional y sometidas a las formalidades que se establecen en los artículos siguientes.

Quedan exceptuadas de las disposiciones contenidas en este Título, las operaciones referentes a munición suelta para carga de cartuchos (chumbos).

Customs Operations

Article 133: Customs operations relating to explosives, firearms, loaded cartridges, empty cartridges with a percussion cap, percussion caps for cartridges and ammunition for firearms in general, must have prior approval by the Ministry of National Defence and are subject to formalities established in the following articles.

All operations concerning loose ammunition for the loading of cartridges are excluded from provisions of this title.
