Los almacenes de armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso y de municiones, no podrán ser objeto de modificación sustancial ni ser trasladados de su ubicación sin previa autorización del Jefe de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional Revolucionaria cuando los almacenes se encuentren en Ciudad de La Habana; si están situados en Provincia, la autorización corre a cargo de los jefes Provinciales y del municipio especial Isla de la Juventud del Ministerio del Interior.

Article 89. Modification of Storage Premises

Storage premises for firearms subject to licence or permit, and of ammunition, may not be substantially modified or moved from their original location without the prior authorisation of the Chief of the General Directorate of the Revolutionary National Police, when the storage premises are located in the City of Havana; should these be located in a Province, the authorisation shall be the prerogative of the Provincial chiefs and representatives of the Special Municipality of the Isle of Youth of the Ministry of the Interior.
