Artículo 88. Requisitos de Seguridad para Almacenes

En los locales en que se almacenen o comercialicen armas de fuego y municiones, deben cumplirse con los requisitos de seguridad para la prevención de incendios, explosiones e incidentes que puedan afectar a los trabajadores, el patrimonio y el medio ambiente, de lo que se instruirá por los jefes de las entidades a las que pertenecen esos locales, al personal dedicado a estas operaciones.

Article 88. Security Requirements for Storage Premises

Premises where storage or commerce of firearms and ammunition is carried out, must comply with security requirements for the prevention of fires, explosions and accidents that may affect workers, the assets and the environment; the heads of entities in charge of these premises must inform personnel working in this field of the safety measures.
