Artículo 6. Permiso de importación y Licencia de Armas de Fuego

La concesión del permiso de importación de armas de fuego, no constituye garantía alguna para la obtención de la Licencia de Armas de Fuego, por parte de las personas naturales o jurídicas, teniendo en cuenta, que para ello tendrán que cumplir los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto-Ley No. 262 "Sobre Armas y Municiones" y el presente Reglamento.

Article 6. Import Permit and Firearm Licence

The grant of a firearm import permit does not guarantee the granting of a Firearm Licence for individuals or for legal persons, bearing in mind that they must first comply with requirements set in the Decree-Law No. 262 'On Firearms and Ammunition' and this Regulation.
