Artículo 11. Importación Definitiva

Al tramitar para su aprobación la solicitud de importación definitiva de las armas de fuego objeto de licencia o permiso ante el Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias, la Jefatura del Ministerio del Interior debe informar a ese organismo, mediante el modelo No. 1 que se anexa a la presente, la información siguiente:

a) Organo u Organismo Estatal o persona natural que solicita la importación de las armas de fuego.
b) País de procedencia de las armas de fuego objeto de importación.
c) Cantidad de armas de fuego a importar por tipo y calibre. Cuando exista información, agregar número de serie, marca y nacionalidad…

Article 11. Permanent Import

Upon processing a request for the permanent import of firearms subject to licence or permit before the Ministry of Revolutionary Armed Forces, the Head of the Ministry of the Interior must provide this institution, through the Model No.1 which is annexed to the present Regulation, with the following information:

a) Agency or State Agency or individual requesting the firearm import.
b) Country of origin of the firearms subject to import.
