Article 15. La licence pour port d'armes est valable pour une année fiscale. Elle doit être toujours en possession du bénéficiaire qui devra la produire à toute réquisition des Forces armées d'Haïti. Le renouvellement de la licence se fait au lieu d'émission.

Decree of 23 May 1989, Modifying Certain Articles of the Decree of 12 January 1988, on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Categories of Weapons on the National Territory

Article 15. A licence to carry firearms is valid for one fiscal year. The owner must always have it in his possession and must present it whenever requested by Haiti Armed Forces. The renewal of the licence takes place at its place of issuance.
