Decree of 23 May 1989, Modifying Certain Articles of the Decree of 12 January 1988, on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Categories of Weapons on the National Territory

Article 13. Licence applications to carry firearms, as well as the declaration of ownership of these weapons within the residence, must be addressed by letter to the Chief of Police of the place of residence of the applicant and must specify the type, brand and calibre of the firearm, as well as the quantity and type of the desired or already possessed ammunition.
