Article 7. Les armes à feu trouvées en possession d'un mineur seront saisies et la licence du propriétaire, retirée.

Dans l'hypothèse où le propriétaire de l'arme n'aurait pas rempli les formalités régulières, il tombera sous le coup des dispositions de l'article 16 du présent décret.

Decree of 23 May 1989, Modifying Certain Articles of the Decree of 12 January 1988, on the Control of Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives and Other Categories of Weapons on the National Territory

Article 7. Firearms found in the possession of a minor shall be seized and the licence of the owner shall be withdrawn.

In the event that the owner of the firearm has not fulfilled the regular formalities, he shall be subject to provisions of article 16 of this Decree.
