Artículo 366. Fabricación, Tráfico y Porte de Armas, Municiones de Uso Restringido, de Uso Privativo de las Fuerzas Armadas o Explosivos

[Modificado por el artículo 20 de la ley 1453 de 2011] El que sin permiso de autoridad competente importe, trafique, fabrique, transporte, repare, almacene, conserve, adquiera, suministre, porte o tenga en un lugar armas o sus partes esenciales, accesorios esenciales, municiones de uso privado de las Fuerzas Armadas o explosivos, incurrirá en prisión de once (11) a quince (15) años.

La pena anteriormente dispuesta se duplicará cuando concurran las circunstancias determinadas en el inciso 3o del artículo anterior.

Article 366. Manufacture, Trafficking and Carrying of Firearms, Ammunition of Restricted Use or for Exclusive Use of the Armed Forces, or Explosives

[Modified by article 20 of Act 1453 of 2011] Whoever, without the permit of a competent authority, imports, traffics, manufactures, transports, repairs, stores, keeps, purchases, provides, carries or owns in a place firearms or their essential parts, essential accessories, ammunition for exclusive use of the Armed Forces or explosives, shall face a prison term of eleven (11) to fifteen (15) years.

Such penalty shall be doubled whenever circumstances referred to in paragraph 3 of the previous article are met.
