Venta de réplicas o imitaciones de armas

Prohíbese la venta en jugueterías o locales similares de réplicas o imitaciones de armas cuyo funcionamiento sea producido por mecanismos, automático o semiautomático, determinadas ballestas y objetos punzantes que cuenten con hojas de metal y contornos de filo.

Articulo 1 - Prohíbese la venta en jugueterías o locales de similares características de:

a) Todo tipo de réplicas o imitaciones de armas, cuando su funcionamiento sea producido por un mecanismo automático o semiautomático accionado a gas comprimido, cuyos proyectiles sean balines de 4,5 mm o mayores…

Articulo 2 - Los elementos descritos en el artículo 1, solamente podrán venderse en armerías o casas de deportes especializadas, a personas mayores de edad.

Articulo 3 - Los objetos descritos en la presente ley, de procedencia nacional o importada deberán tener las indicaciones de uso, precauciones y advertencias en idioma castellano. Y en lugar perfectamente visible una leyenda que rece: "No se recomienda su uso a menores de edad".

Sale of Replica or Imitation Firearms

Prohibits the sale of replica or imitation firearms whose functioning is produced by automatic or semi-automatic mechanisms, certain crossbows, and sharp objects with metal sheets and edged contours. All of these are banned from being sold in toy stores or similar shops.

Article 1 - Prohibits sale in toy stores or similar locations of the following:

a) All kinds of replicas or imitations of weapons with similar characteristics to an automatic or semi-automatic [firearm] and whose bullets are 4.5 mm or more…

Article 2 - The items described in article 1 may only be sold in gun shops or specialised sports establishments, to persons above the minimum age.

Article 3 - The objects described in this Act, whether of national origin or imported, shall have guidelines, cautions and warnings written in Spanish. And in a visible location, the caption: 'Use for minors is not recommended'.
