Regulación de armas de fuego - semiautomática

Articulo 1 - Prohíbese a los legítimos usuarios de armas de fuego la adquisición y tenencia de armas semiautomáticas alimentadas con cargadores de quita y pon símil fusiles, carabinas o subametralladoras de asalto derivadas de armas de uso militar de calibre superior al .22 LR.

Articulo 3 - Cuando existieren fundadas razones que lo justifiquen, el MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA a propuesta del REGISTRO NACIONAL DE ARMAS, podrá autorizar a legítimos usuarios de Armas de Uso Civil Condicional, la tenencia de armas semiautomáticas alimentadas con cargadores de quita y pon símil fusiles, carabinas o subametralladoras de asalto derivadas de armas de uso militar de calibre superior al . 22 LR.

Articulo 4 - A los usuarios de Armas de Uso Civil Condicional debidamente registrados ante el REGISTRO NACIONAL DE ARMAS, que a la fecha del presente tuvieren otorgada tenencia sobre materiales de los expresados en el artículo anterior, se los tendrá por legítimos tenedores mientras el mismo permanezca en su poder.

Regulation of Firearms - Semi-automatic

Article 1 - Legitimate firearm users are prohibited from acquiring and possessing semi-automatic weapons with removable magazines and rifles, carbines or sub-machine guns derived from military firearms with a calibre larger than .22 Long Rifle.

Article 3 - When there are justifiable reasons, the National Firearm Registry may authorise legitimate users of 'firearms for conditional use for civilians' to possess semi-automatic weapons with removable magazines and rifles, carbines or sub-machine guns derived from military firearms with a calibre larger than .22 Long RIfle.

Article 4 - Users of firearms for conditional use for civilians must be duly registered with the National Firearm Registry, showing they are the legitimate holders of the material mentioned in the previous article while it remains in their possession.
