Control de comerciantes de armas

Articulo 94 - Las autoridades locales de fiscalización controlarán el cumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas por el Decreto-Ley 20.429/73 y esta reglamentación, por parte de los comerciantes de armas autorizados con domicilio en su jurisdicción.

Asimismo fiscalizarán todos los actos relacionados con la comercialización de armas de uso civil y sus municiones.

Deberán poner en conocimiento del Registro Nacional de Armas trimestralmente las altas y bajas producidas por cualquier causa dentro de su jurisdicción, en materia de comercios de armas.

Control of Firearm Dealers

Article 94 - Local control authorities shall monitor compliance with obligations established by Decree-Law 20.429/73 and this regulation, by authorised gun dealers in their jurisdiction.

They shall also control every act related to the commerce of firearms for civilian use and their ammunition.

They must inform the National Firearm Registry on a quarterly basis with regards to the volume (high and low) of arms traded by dealers for whatever reason inside their jurisdiction.
