Transporte de armas de uso civil

Articulo 110 - El transporte de armas de uso civil podrá ser efectuado por toda persona mayor de edad, acompañando al material de la correspondiente "Autorización de Tenencia".

Articulo 111- El transporte de cantidades de armas de uso civil y sus municiones deberá efectuarse con autorización de la autoridad local de fiscalización con jurisdicción en el lugar de origen del material…

El transporte deberá efectuarse en las condiciones establecidas en el artículo 125 y previo cumplimiento de la comunicación prevista por el artículo 87.
