Legítimo usuario - permiso

Articulo 57 - Las autorizaciones de tenencia del material clasificado como arma de guerra de uso civil condicional y usos especiales, permitirán al legítimo usuario:

1) Mantenerlo en su poder.
2) Usarlo para los fines específicos a que se refiere la autorización en el lugar adecuado.
3) Transportarlo, de acuerdo a lo establecido por el artículo 86 de la presente reglamentación.
4) Adiestrarse y practicar en los polígonos autorizados.
5) Adquirir y mantener la munición para el mismo…
6) Repararlo o hacerlo reparar, de acuerdo a lo especificado por los artículos 16 a 21 de la presente reglamentación.
7) Adquirir piezas sueltas, repuestos o ingredientes de acuerdo a lo establecido por el artículo 9 de la presente reglamentación.
8) Adquirir los elementos o ingredientes necesarios para la recarga autorizada de la munición a ser utilizada exclusivamente en el arma.
9) Recargar la munición correspondiente al arma o armas autorizadas.
10) Entrar y salir del país transportando el material autorizado.

Legitimate Users - Permission

Article 57 - Legitimate users, duly authorised to possess material classified as weapons of war for civil conditional use and special use, are allowed to:

1) Keep it in their possession.
2) Use it for specific purposes, as referred to in their authorisation, in an authorised location.
3) Transport it in accordance with the provisions in article 86 of this regulation.
4) To train and practice in authorised shooting ranges.
5) To acquire and keep ammunition intended for the authorised weapon…
6) To repair or have it repaired in accordance with provisions of articles 16-21 of the present regulation.
7) To acquire spare or replacement parts in accordance with provisions of article 9 of this regulation.
8) To acquire items or components needed for reloading ammunition, which shall be used exclusively in the firearm.
9) To reload ammunition corresponding to the weapon or authorised weapons.
10) To bring authorised material in and out of the country.
