Armas de guerra

Articulo 4…

Las armas de guerra se clasifican como sigue:…

3) Armas, materiales y dispositivos de uso prohibido:
a) Las escopetas de calibre mayor a los establecidos en el inciso 2 apart. c) del artículo 5, cuya longitud de cañón sea inferior a los 380 mm.
b) Armas de fuego con silenciadores.
c) Armas de fuego o de lanzamiento disimuladas (lápices, estilográficas, cigarreras, bastones, etc.).
d) Munición de proyectil expansivo (con envoltura metálica sin punta y con núcleo de plomo hueco o deformable), de proyectil con cabeza chata, con deformaciones, ranuras o estrías capaces de producir heridas desgarrantes, en toda otra actividad que no sea la de caza o tiro deportivo.
e) Munición incendiaria, con excepción de la específicamente destinada a combatir plagas agrícolas.
f) Dispositivos adosables al arma para dirigir el tiro en la oscuridad, tales como miras infrarrojas o análogas.
g) Proyectiles envenenados…

Article 4…

Weapons of war are classified as the following:…

3) Weapons, equipment and devices of prohibited use:
a) Large gauge shotguns with a barrel length less than 380 mm.
b) Firearms with silencers.
c) Concealed firearms or launching weapons (pencils, pens, cigar, etc.).
d) Expanding ammunition (with a metal case without a point and a hollow or deformable core), projectiles with a blunt head, deformations, slots or grooves capable of creating wounds in any activity other than hunting or target shooting.
e) Incendiary ammunition, except those specifically designed to combat agricultural pests.
f) Devices attached to the weapon to direct gunshots in the dark, such as infrared or similar items.
g) Poisoned projectiles…
