Exclusiones

Artículo 2 - Quedan excluidos de las prescripciones de la presente ley:

a) Los actos de cualquier índole relacionados con toda clase de armas, materiales y sustancias comprendidas en el artículo precedente, cuando fueran ejercitados por las fuerzas armadas de la Nación.

b) Las armas blancas y contundentes, siempre que no formen parte integrante o accesoria de las clasificadas como "arma de guerra".

Firearms Act No. 20.429 of 1973

Exclusions

Article 2 - [The following] Are excluded from the provisions of this Act:

a) Any kind of act that is related to all kinds of weapons, materials and substances referred to in the preceding article, when it is carried out by the national armed forces.

b) Blunt and sharp weapons, provided they do not form an integral or accessory part to a weapon classified as a 'weapon of war'.
