Artículo 77. Uso de Armas para Servicios de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada

Los servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada podrán usar armas de fuego de defensa personal en la proporción máxima de un arma por cada tres vigilantes en nómina y excepcionalmente armas de uso restringido, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el parágrafo 2º del artículo 9º de este Decreto.

Article 77. Use of Firearms by Private Security and Surveillance Services

Private security and surveillance services may use firearms for personal defence, in the maximum proportion of one firearm for every three nominated guards, and exceptionally they may use firearms for restricted use, in accordance with the provision of paragraph 2 of Article 9 of this Decree.
